The 2025 NYAIL Conference theme, “Leading the Way,” embodies the values of diversity, equity, intersectionality, and accessibility that are at the heart of the Independent Living movement. This year’s theme invites us to focus on leadership, advocacy, and innovation in the disability rights space—empowering communities and advancing real change across New York.

• What’s included in each ticket?
  • Full Conference (Includes Dinner) – Access to all daytime sessions, keynote presentations, networking events, and the Hall of Fame Dinner & Awards Ceremony. Includes conference materials and light refreshments.
  • Early Bird (Full Access) – Same access as the Full Conference ticket at a discounted rate if purchased early.
  • Conference Only – Access to all daytime programming and sessions; excludes dinner event.
  • Hall of Fame Dinner Only – Admission to the evening dinner and awards ceremony only; no daytime session access included.
    
    
• Is the event hybrid or in-person?
  • The 2025 NYAIL Conference will be in-person only, held at the Albany Capital Center in Albany, NY. There are currently no virtual attendance options. If this changes, updates will be posted to the event website and emailed to all registrants.
    
    
• What if I need to cancel?
  • We understand that plans can change. To cancel your registration, please notify NYAIL in writing at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. by September 1 to receive a full refund. Cancellations received between September 2 and September 9 will be eligible for a 50% refund, minus a small processing fee. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made after September 9. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person from your organization. To process a substitution, please send a written request from the original registrant stating the name of the replacement and confirming the change.
