The New York State Developmental Disabilities Council is looking for participants to take part in a Listening Session about Smoking.

  • Are you a person with a disability who smokes?
  • Are you a person with a disability who has quit smoking?
  • Are you a caregiver of a person with a disability and are you a smoker or a former smoker?

If so, we'd like to hear about your experiences!
Your experiences will help us learn more about smoking and people with disabilities.

We will award each participant a $10 gift card for your time.
Should you need reimbursement for transportation, that is available with a receipt.

If you are a caregiver of a person with a disability, and you are a smoker or a former smoker,
please join us as we'd love to hear from you too!
